Raoul holds a PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University and was nominated an Oracle Java Champion for his contributions to the community.

He is an international speaker and best-selling book author. He has advised and worked for several organisations on large-scale software engineering projects including at Google, Oracle, eBay and Goldman Sachs.

Hanadi is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Sana Capital. Her work to support entrepreneurs earned her recognition as one of the Maserati100 in 2016, and as top 20 Asians Tech Pioneers in 2020.

A leader in Deep Tech with over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, through her work at Accelerate Cambridge, Hanadi has supported the creation and scale-up of over 180 early-stage ventures, building a portfolio with an estimated collective value of £1.5bn and over £300m of risk capital raised.

Hanadi serves as a Deputy Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire and is an outspoken advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusivity on a global scale. 

Angela is a Chartered Accountant. She specialised in scaling up technology start-ups for much of her career, having supported the growth of the UK technology company Arm, between 1994 and 2003, from a start-up to a FTSE-100 company with a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq in the US. She was CFO of Cambridge Spark between 2020 and 2023.

Angela also has extensive experience in the charity sector and a keen interest in classical music. She is currently Finance Director of Saffron Hall Trust, an arts and music education charity. She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Perse School,
Cambridge.

Kevin has led the development of data products for the energy sector and worked for the telecommunications industry at Qualcomm. He was also a visiting researcher at Stanford University.

Kevin has delivered data science and machine learning training courses to various clients from industries that include finance, engineering and research helping professionals leverage the latest techniques.

Jonathan became CFO of Cambridge Spark in November 2024, following his role as co-founder, Managing Director, and CFO at Carbon13, a climate tech venture builder. He previously taught Economics and Business Studies at a Cambridge-area secondary school.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan held CFO roles at a Madrid-based cable telecoms firm and a global media group in Barcelona, leading both through major growth and multi-billion-dollar exits. A Cambridge graduate with investment banking experience, he brings deep expertise in scaling businesses and driving strategic value.

With over 20 years of experience in fintech, finance, and technology leadership — spanning Barclays, Forrester Research and Salesforce, Ben's passion is developing high performance teams and partnerships.

Beyond his role as a sales leader, Ben is a dedicated coach and enabler, having established multiple sales universities to develop high-performance teams and nurture early-career talent. He also serves as a Board Trustee for Envision, a youth education and social action charity, where he helps equip young people with essential soft skills for future. Outside this he has 3 young children and a passion for cycling and astronomy!
