We empathise to a personal situation and are flexible with work location and times. We trust everyone to get the work done regardless of how and when they do it. Cambridge Spark has two offices (Cambridge and London) and we often travel to the other office to work and socialise with co-workers. We also encourage everyone to work from home every other Friday.
Feeling exhausted and not able to work today? On top of your holidays, we offer 5 paid duvet-days which you can take any time you need some rest, no questions asked!
Cambridge Spark organises local and company-wide socials every couple of weeks. Our Cambridge roots are important and we regularly organise formal dinners in different Cambridge colleges on top of pub outings, cinema and social activities to bring the team together.
