What does apprenticeship mean to Victoria? 'Apprenticeships are a leveller'
James Barrows is a Business Analyst at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks and he is based within a team that oversees the maintenance and inspection of the electricity network. His responsibilities are quite varied as there's a lot more to it than just the Electricity network itself, although predominantly he is tasked with efficiency-related tasks to streamline our processes and help spot inefficiencies across the business unit.
